Terms of Service

Who we are. Perzano is operated by Kite Lab Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17524146), registered office: Office 3855, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Email: hello@perzano.com.

These terms apply when you create a Perzano account or use the Perzano web app at app.perzano.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Perzano is

Perzano is software that analyses Amazon marketplace data and applies a set of rules to give you a verdict on a market, a cash-survival estimate for a launch, and a suggested launch plan. It is a research and planning tool. It is not financial, legal or business advice, and it does not guarantee that any product will sell, rank, or make a profit.

You are responsible for every decision you make using the Service, including what you buy, how much stock you order, and how much money you commit. Amazon markets change daily; a verdict reflects the data available at the time you ran it.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
One account is for one person. Your login works on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs the first device out. Sharing your login with others is a breach of these terms and we may close the account.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
Give us a real email address: it is how we reach you about your subscription and the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Perzano is sold as a monthly subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars on perzano.com; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd). Paddle is the seller for all orders, handles card payments, tax and invoices, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or through the link in your Paddle receipt; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
We may change prices or plans. Changes to a plan you are already on apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you by email at least 14 days before.

4. Fair use

Each plan includes a generous allowance of analyses per day so that the data behind the Service stays fast and current for everyone. The allowance for your plan is shown in the app. Automated access, bulk extraction, or use that is clearly beyond what one seller researching their own products would need is not permitted, and we may limit or suspend accounts that do it.

5. What you may not do

Copy, resell, rent, sublicense or share the Service or its output as a product of your own.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the rules, thresholds, scoring logic or underlying data of the Service.
Use the Service to build a competing product.
Interfere with the Service, its security, or other users' use of it.
Use the Service in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the data providers it relies on.

6. Data sources

Perzano uses market data supplied under licence by third parties, including Keepa (keepa.com) and others named in the app. That data is their property and is licensed to you only for use within the Service. We do not control it and cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free.

7. Your content

Anything you enter into the Service (search terms, budgets, saved products, notes) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run the Service for you. Saved products are kept while your subscription is active and may be deleted after an account closes.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, rules and the Perzano name and logo belong to Kite Lab Limited and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while subscribed, nothing more.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we withdraw the Service altogether we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused part of a period you have paid for.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Kite Lab Limited is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, unsold stock, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms; where the breach is serious (for example account sharing or scraping) we may do so without notice and without refund.

12. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
