Refund Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

Who we are. Perzano is operated by Kite Lab Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17524146), registered office: Office 3855, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Email: hello@perzano.com.

Perzano is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time, so you never pay for a month you have not chosen to start. This policy covers the situations where money goes back.

Cancelling

Cancel from your account or from the link in your Paddle receipt. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. There are no partial refunds for the unused part of a month after you cancel.

Your first payment

You have 14 days from your first payment to change your mind, for any reason. Email hello@perzano.com (or use the link in your Paddle receipt) within those 14 days and we will refund the payment in full. Your access ends when the refund is issued. This applies to your first payment only, not to renewals.

Something went wrong

If the Service was unavailable or broken for a significant part of a month and we could not put it right, tell us and we will refund or credit that month. Please contact us first so we can fix the problem.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Any accidental duplicate charge is refunded in full as soon as you let us know.

How refunds are paid

Payments are taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. They usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.

Consumer rights

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle's Buyer Terms give consumers the right to cancel and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason; the 14-day policy above reflects that. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or consumer law in the country where you live.
